oh I'll have to check it out. I normally do my own strength routine but I admit, I only focus on the ones I enjoy doing

Strength training is an area I lack in too. But I have been reading a few things on how important it is. Not just for building muscle but it really helps your metabolism as well- which as we know is a key factor in losing fat! Make sure you are drinking your water though because when you are low on hydration the first part your body goes to to get more is the water in your muscles!!!!

Thanks Brenda for the update. I will have to look into that tool. I have been wanting to get some strengh training back into my work outs because I think I ahve plateu with the cardio that I need to add streghth to get it going again. Good eye. I guess I need to keep looking at those posts.

We've launched a new "workout generator" for your strength training program. If you go to the Fitness Resource Center it's down on the left side. By answering 3 easy questions, you'll get a bunch of different strength training workouts designed by our experts.
