Here's a funny.....the other day John was talking to our daughter, and our 3 y.o. grandson got on the phone and said, Grandpa, tell Mom to move. She's blocking the candy jar! We all got a kick out of that.

1. Smile a lot. 2. Practice random acts of kindness. 3. Give someone a hug. 4. Laugh out loud. 5. Do at least one positive thing for yourself. 6. Do at least one positive thing for someone else. 7. Give a goodie to your Spark friends. 8. Give someone praise. 9. Give yourself praise. 10.Make someone smile. 11. Make yourself smile. 12. Laugh at yourself. 13. Look at yourself in the mirror and smile. 14. Sing out loud. (Even if you can't sing.) 15. Pick one thing that's positive about yourself, write it down and look at it often. 16. Send this list to your Spark friends.
