Oh wow, Tamar, you need something to do! Maybe getting a dog if your husband isn't allergic would be a great addition - you could work on training it, exercising with it, etc. Maybe find activities and hobbies to occupy you, like make jewelry, build birdhouses, or whatever your interests are. I can't stand staying home so I love to get out, even if it's just to the mall to look around. You have plenty of ways to fill your time, sounds like it's more discipline - which we can all relate to I'm sure.
“The thing women have yet to learn is nobody gives you power. You just take it.” - Roseanne Bar
I have been a member since 2009 but can't seem to stick with it for more than a week or two. When I first joined, I had 25 pounds to lose. Now I am back with 50 pounds to lose. I have been married for four years and every year I have gained just a little more. We moved states and I no longer work or go to school. I am a stay at home wife, with no children or pets. It is so easy to sit around and eat all day. I need a little support to stick with it.
