The time flies! My son is almost 2 1/2, and my sweet little girl is almost 7 months. I keep telling my husband it's time for another one. I think that's why he hasn't come near me in months. Of course, it could be exhaustion, too. ;)

Wow, congrats to all the pregnant ladies out there! It makes me so happy to see this much success on the board.

FTMLOSINGIT - He's actually 10 1/2 months! He was born almost two weeks early so he will be 11 months on the 26th of this month. I too am thinking about his 1 year birthday and debating on what kind of shindig to throw. :)

I am actually in the process of deleting most of my sparkpage, but I got a little nostalgic when I was deleting blog posts so I stopped for a while. I thought about starting a whole new account especially since many of my spark friends have fallen by the wayside. I think I am going to keep this account though and just delete everything from my page and start fresh. I will keep my active spark friends though. :)

It's so good to hear all these happy stories ladies. Warms my heart. I wish all of you who are currently preggers a happy and healthy nine months.

Hi everyone! So happy to hear about all the new pregnancies!

Jennifer - Can you believe our LO's will be one soon!

Rochelle - So happy to hear from you too! Can't believe the LO is already 8 months :) Time flys so fast.

AFM: I am still amazed at how fast this year has gone by. She is growing so fast and passing so many milestones. Right now she is zipping away on her vtech sit to stand walker and saying lots of words already. I am busy planning my her first birthday party.

I am going to try to be more active in the group to keep me motivated. So far I have been eating well for about 3 1/2 weeks and have lost 9 pounds. Little by little I'm trying.

Just had my second U/S today, and it went awesome. The tech said everything is looking great. Baby has quadrupled in size in the last two weeks, and the heart rate is super strong. It went from 116 to 180! The little bean is right on track according to last U/S. He/She was super chill - curled up in the fetal position, snuggling into my uterus. It's amazing the change in two weeks. I can actually see a little person now, not a tadpole. We got to see the little arm buds and leg buds. I think I'm finally starting to feel more confident about this one! So my due date has changed from 11/22 to 11/29. Black Friday! All I've got to say is I hope it's a little early or a little late. I don't want to be out in that crazy traffic!

Almost to 34 weeks now and getting even more excited. I have only gained 25 pounds and he is measuring right on track so it is going well. Even now that I am getting tired and it is harder to continue exercising and all, I am enjoying every single second of being pregnant. I am getting a little sad that it will be over soon. There is a part of me that hopes somehow that this won't be our last one, but for DH it just might be. So I will just remember to be thankful if he is or isn't. :)

Ola! I haven't been on SP in 8 months. Silly me, I actually thought I could take care of a newborn, work full-time and lose weight. Now that I am not cross-eyed with sleep deprivation it is time to kick this weight loss into high gear. So glad y'all are still around. So much fun to to see everyone's babies!

So, our first U/S was a success! I am measuring about a week behind based on my LMP, but I have irregular cycles, so that didn't come as a surprise. I was able to see the flicker of the heartbeat immediately. The tech didn't even have to point it out. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. I should be 8 weeks (if I had a 28 day cycle), I'm measuring 6 weeks, 5 days. So just over a week off. LO's heartbeat is 116 bpm, which is great for between 6 and 7 weeks. So relieved! I was bawling my eyes out. I am already so in love!

I have another U/S in 2 weeks to make sure LO is growing and the heartbeat gets stronger, then I'll just be on the monthly visit like all the other mommas. This visit was such a relief, and the 2nd of my 3 milestones. Now I just need to make it out of the 1st trimester, and I think I'll be much more relaxed.

I forgot our babies our right about the same age! Did you close out your other page completely? I've thought about changing my name, but no closing my page. I'm so glad to hear from you. Are you going to have a page and post some pics? I did stop by to check it out! I'm actually doing pretty good lately, even if the weight isn't really coming off like I want. It has taken forever for me to get in the right place, so to speak. I can't even say there is any one thing that motivated me...just lost of false starts and IDK...suddenly I'm ready! Come chat with me or sparkmail me for encouragement if you like. I can use all the help I can get!

I'm glad you are doing good! Yep, staples stink. One of mine got embedded in my skin after my c-section. I was mostly numb there when they took them out, but wouldn't you know NOT so much where the stupid staple was stuck. They had fun getting it out!

Wow, Sarah, Congrats! We would love to try for another one, but I won't even consider it until I lose some of this weight!

Hey, how is everyone else?!

Yep! Completely reversible! I started week 2 of the liquid diet on Monday. It sucks, but I'm already down 10 lbs. after my staples come out on the 8th, I can have soft foods for two weeks, then, I believe I'll go in for my first fill, and I'll be able to start eating real food again. The surgery was cake, it took all of 20 minutes, and I was hooked up to a morphine pump for a day and a half. The worst part is my damn staples. They itch like crazy!!

Hi Ladies!
Zippa so happy for you! I will keep you in my prayers. My little miracle is 5.5 months and God has an amazing sense of humor because we are due again in the beginning of November! Sounds like our little ones will be just a few weeks apart!

Is your band the kind that is removable? I had a doctor recommend it once (an infertility doctor...I actually didn't qualify)...but I remember looking at the brochures and different options and some were less invasive then others so to speak. I'd love to know how you do. I'm such an emotional eater it just wouldn't be a good option for me...but I am feeling kinda desperate lately. Ugh!

Zippida - that is WONDERFUL news!!! Congrats!!

I had my surgery on Monday. It took about 20 minutes for them to put the band in, and I have to say, recovery has not been terribly difficult. I'll keep you updated!

Good, I'm just trying to eat healthy, rest whenever possible, and not try to over think things. emoticon No spotting or cramping. I actually got a touch of nausea today, so I guess that's a good sign (I didn't have nausea with my first two). Keeping my fingers crossed. I can't wait for the 12th of April!

Well, my HCG levels went from 24 on Tuesday to 107 on Thursday. So we're headed in the right direction. My progesterone levels are low, so I am on a supplement until 12 weeks. Wish me luck! I have an appointment scheduled in 3 weeks for an ultrasound. I'm trying not to freak out too much. 3 weeks seems like forever right now! Thanks for the encouragement Jennifer.

I've actually been following you a little, and I wanted to post on your page or comment...but I know seeing my baby can be hard for people so I didn't. It took us over 12 years and a couple of losses to have our lo. I pushed our doctor for pregnancy loss testing in 2008 after another loss. I have so many complications with getting pregnant, we have done IVF several times. It is horribly expensive and I wanted to know if we should even try again. Anyway, I also have that. I took baby asprin while doing fertility treatments and Folgard leading up to and during my pregnancy (still supposed to take, but don't remember usually). I started taking lovenox injections almost right away during my pregnancy (my former fertility doctor recommended and set up the protocol). My new fertility doctor said it was probably a good idea, and went along with it. Who cares if it was needed or not, as I have my lo. Wishing you the best! Please keep us updated.

I'm new to this board, and I'm hoping I get to stay. After two years of trying, my DH and I have had 2 miscarriages in less than a year. My doc is great and started testing after the second one (most docs wait until you've had 3). Turns out I have one of the MTHFR gene mutations - so my body can't process Folic Acid on it own, and I am prone to clots. I've been on a baby aspirin a day for about a month now, and a couple of weeks ago, I started a new prenatal vitamin with the form that's already broken down so it bypasses the defective gene completely. I got a positive test this morning. There was a line, it was very faint, but there was a line. I ran up to the drugstore to get a digital one just to be on the safe side. It said pregnant loud and clear. So, if this one sticks (keep your fingers crossed for me ladies), I'll be due right around Thanksgiving. What a fitting time of year after what I've been through the last couple of years. So as long as I stay on that regimen and eat as healthy as I possibly can, I don't see any reason why this one won't work out. Waiting to hear back from my doc. She wants to test my HCG and progesterone levels ASAP since they were so low with the last one.

I gained a bunch of weight with both pregnancies, and am scheduled for lap band surgery on March 25th. I'm nervous, but excited. My little boy is two, and an adorable little terror, and my daughter will be 5 months, soon. She's been sleeping through the night for a few months. She is such a sweet, beautiful little girl. I'll post some pictures as soon as I get a chance. I'm on my phone, right now.

26 weeks now and everything is going great! I can feel my little boy move around a lot and I just love it. I am starting to get tired but that is the only thing that bothers me a little right now. I am so loving being pregnant.
The only thing I am struggling with right now is eating junk food. I try to pack healthy foods for work, but somehow there are always cookies and candy, etc. lately. I think stress (from work) gets to me and I eat. But I have been doing ok with the exercise part.

Getting back on SP after a short hiatus. I got a computer virus somehow. But several months ago I reported that I had gotten a positive pregnancy test and was cautiously waiting. Well now I am happily 20 weeks with a baby boy! I am super excited. I want to be on SP to track what I am eating and to help motivate me to continue to exercise.

Hey Michelle,

Know how you feel on the weight issue. I weigh more today than when I was pregnant! I am working on changing that now, but a year of being at home next to the fridge all day long didn't do me any favors. Still trying to find time for exercise! My munchkin is now running all over the house, so maybe keeping up with her will keep me moving!

I'm back again! So sorry I haven't kept in touch.

Iliana is 7 1/2 months now. I am loving every little milestone she achieves. Now all she wants to do is stand up. She is super clingy so it was hard to get any me time on the computer. My husband got me an iPad mini for Christmas so it's easier to log on without her lunging for it like she used to do the with computer.

I gained so much weight back that I am at my heaviest. Kind of upset about it but looking at my daughter doesn't keep me upset for too long. I have been eating right for a week and a half now and am trying to schedule in some exercise.

Looking forward to hearing from everyone.

Happy New Year everyone!! Been a long time since I have been active online. With the New Year I am motivated once again to lose weight especially now that Kate has started walking. I need to get in shape so that I can play and keep up with her better.

Hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas with their LOs.

congrats RockChick! Hope you are doing well!

I was able to put up a few more new pics on my sparkpage. I also managed to go for a short walk today. My little guy is a little needy today wants to be held non-stop. Plus seems to be awake more at night again... little stinker.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Daisy Jolene was born Oct 18th at 6:43pm. She was 7 lbs 8 oz. I'd have posted sooner, but with two kids, I've been busy! :)

Hey everyone!! It looks like everyone is doing well. This is the first time that I have been on in forever. 2 babies makes for a very busy Mommy :)

I am loving every minute. They change so much & so fast.

Sara - Glad everyone is home & is doing well. I hope that you are getting some sleep.

I will try to not make it so long between log-ins.

Sara-Congrats! I've read your post, but haven't been on to reply. How is your little guy doing? I remember the NICU and having to go back and forth and trying to breast feed...it's exhausting! I hope you are doing OK. Look forward to seeing more pics!

My little guy Abram Michael arrived Sunday October 21st after a very long back labor. Oh well he is perfect. 6 # 15 oz, 21 inches long and looks like my family

Unfortunately he is in the NICU, with what they believe is an infection. low WBC's and high bands. Not sure of the source... SO antibiotics etc. not sure when he will get to come home, sounds like maybe there for up to 7 days.

:( Momma had a breakdown last night when they took him to the NICU. Breastfeeding is super hard because he just isnt feeling all that well yet. But we are doing our best and pumping, seems like my milk has come in pretty well so far. :) Praise the Lord.

I will upload a few pics on my home page and try to stop back in the next few days. I am super exhausted slept like 4 hours in the last 48 or something like that.... But who's counting!?!?! :) Hope you are all well!

augh so frustrated....

Labor started mildly on Wednesday, things pittered out overnight. Then Thursday evening things got rolling with contractions 5-6 minutes and picked up. Awake during the night with contractions 4-5 minutes. So finally after 16 hours at home went in, only dilated at one cm.
:( they kept me and I walked and walked I was a 2 cm. So they offered to admit me for early labor, but I opted to go home, they thought I would be back during the night. I came home ate and contracted hard until about 6 pm when I took a sleeping pill as the nurse had recommended. I fell asleep at least between contractions, but by this AM I was pittering out again, I am contracting now very sporadically. Oh I am so tired and would really like to be in active labor or no contractions, either or but this middle part really sucks.

ANY ADVICE???

Today is the 18th! Happy Birthday?

Well, no one else seems to be checking in lately. Maybe I need to go page hunting!

My LO spike his first fever last night since he's been home. emoticon He seemed to be doing better this AM, but now is a bit on the cranky side. Hoping his fever stays chilled.

Well, my induction is scheduled for Oct 18th. Yep, next Thursday. They're wanting to deliver a few days early in hopes of preventing shoulder dystocia. I'm excited, yet very nervous!

I was way sore! I did a cardio video today...that actually loosened up my muscles, so it's a little better. You are getting close!

JenKCM- cute cute pic! Your little guy is getting soo big!

I am still feeling good, my ob is awesome and letting me go 2 weeks between checks still since I work at a clinic and am pretty knowledgeable about what to be concerned about. BP is hanging out right where I usually am.

Totally agree that I wanna hear from everyone- its been a little lonely around here :)
