I do about 15-20 minutes of housework and I have a 5 year old who is very active. However those minutes don't seem to help me loose weight I need to step it up

758 minutes! Lots of raking & hauling of leaves in there too!

Last week I got in 15.66 miles (54.15 MTD/60 goal) and 294 minutes. Plus lots of cleaning time for extra burn!
