100 miles over a week. last fall i started out my morning by going to the gym with my bike in the back of my truck, driving to a walmart that was 5 miles away from work, rideing the last 5 miles. thats 10 miles a day. then i moved to a parking lot that is 7 miles from work, then the winter weather got too bad to continue. but done in that fashion you can build up to 100 miles a week in just a few weeks.

mine is kind of the same as yours veebee8. i even joined my wife's gym (i already go to a gym every day on my way to work) just so that on the weekend and 1 week night i can drag her to the gym. Unfortunately i pulled a muscle in my leg so now i hobble around the gym and cardio is reduced. i have to get it fixed before the weather starts getting better. i like to ride my bike and i want to get it up to 100 miles a week

Anybody have any new year resolutions this year? Mine was "do the same as 2013 but better!" - work harder at the gym, put more effort into uni and work, and make the most of time with my family, friends, partner and of course, myself :)
