I found a new accountability buddy. It's a program called Noom that is an android phone app. It counts steps, helps you keep track of calories, gives you brief articles to read and tracks your weight loss journey. It also modifies your daily goal of steps based on your previous work. I've been using it like crazy since it is so convenient. Please feel free to check it out. I highly recommend it!
