I agree. I am a coleader for the Perimenopause+ Team. AND, it does take time, commitment, etc.
Sure don't have the gardening knowledge.

I think it should be someone with a lot of experience growing organic. Someone who has been through all the challenges we face; like bugs and bad growing seasons. Someone who understands crop rotation, seed starting, composting etc.
Most importantly, someone who has the time to devote. It is very time consuming to take on a large team and monitor all forums, distribute goodies, keep the message boards intertesting etc.
