DH loves sweet cherry tomatoes for salads and snacking, so he planted 11 (!) cherry/grape tomato plants and now we have them coming out the ears. Every day we pick about a quart.
I have dried several quarts (in my dehydrator) but my favorite thing to do with them is make soup. At the risk of sounding immodest, I have come up with a really good soup recipe using cherry tomatoes, and NO peeling! It freezes and cans beautifully.
