Hi all, I'm looking for a buddy who would like to lose weight alongside me. I weigh 69 kg, and I need to lose 10 kg to be back in the healthy range, but would like to lose a bit more - another 4-5 kg. My final target weight is 54-55kg.
Some info about me: - I love soft drinks and chocolate: a recipe for disaster. - I spend a lot of time studying every week, and the stress of schoolwork always puts my weight loss plans on hold.

I seem to be the black widow of buddies. All of my buddies have all dropped off the face of SP for more than a year.
It's hard to stay motivated when the people around you lose theirs too. I originally lost 25lbs on SP and gained it all back and now I'm starting over again.

Hello, I am looking for a spark buddy. I am trying to lose weight so I can feel good about myself. I am 24-years old and have a 4-year old son.I am also in college so my life is fairly busy and I find that I get off track sometimes. I am hoping that with a buddy I will be able to stay motivated!
