Are there any so called ' healthy addictions' that can replace or distract me from my food 'addiction'? Somewhere I can go to where I would usually turn to food for,.
So far, all I can think of is;
- Reading, if i can find a series I'm into, it's super hard to read and eat at the same time.
- Dancing, walking or some other form of exercise I find fun or relaxing
- Music - I never ever listen to music and eat at the same time, I have made that a habit (with the exception of my raw salads which always take me at least an hour to finish because of how long it takes me to chew all the leafy greens I put in)
- Scrapbooking, I used to really enjoy this, ..
