I've been missing for the better part of a year, since I've been on a mass/muscle gaining phase and this site wasn't suiting my needs as much as some other fitness sites. But I've entered 2 transformation contests, plus I have my 1st bbing show in May, so I'm cutting and back here tracking calories. I see a lot of new faces! (And some screennames I recognize from the other sites!)


What a difference a year makes! I moved from FL (just 3 weeks ago, as a matter of fact) and I work full time in the fitness and nutrition biz now.

The past year I placed 2nd in 2 pull up contests---one for bodyweighted max reps and one for 1RM with strapped on weight; I got one pull with a 45 strapped on! A new one is starting in Feband ending in March---hoping to have at least 20 by then, maybe more.


I'll be tracking on SP faithfully so I'll be seeing everyone around. It's good to be back.
