Congrats on your progress so far!!!
Just a few quicks thoughts before I have to sign off the computer....adding strength training a couple days a week is a great way to round out a fitness plan.
Do you belong to a gym, or do you currently do your workouts at home?
There are lots of books out there that can provide guidance.
Personally, I like the book "Body for Life for Women, by Pamela Peeke Md" She presents a well rounded total plan - giving dietary guidance, mental aspects of motivation, etc... as well as weightlifing guidance (with pictures and descriptions of proper form). She gives you a sample workout schedule of cardio and weights.
Just a thought. All her stuff can be done from home with a few simple pieces of equipment - dumbells etc....
