Goal #1: Nutrition PLAN with the Nutrition Tracker on SP. I log in every morning and plan what I am going to eat. It really helped me to identify where I fell off track because
Goal met?:Yes. It is a daily habit of mine now.
Goal #2: Nutrition REVIEW with Nutrition Tracker on SP. I go back in the evenings and review if I stayed on track and identify where my weak spots are. I still make mistakes and will continue to do so but it helped me make a plan and not allow myself to make excuses.
Goal met? Will tonight!
Goal #3: Walk at least 10 minutes today.
Goal met? Yes. Jogged for 30 minutes today and will walk my kids to and from school
Goal #4: Do at least one Coach Nicole workout video today. (they are 10-15 minutes long...)
Goal met? Not yet. Got my youtube playlist ready to go though!
