We all have them. It seems as though we are own worst enemies when it comes to this.
I came across this SP article and it made me think of my own excuses.
I have come a long way, but I know I can do more. Mine is that I don't have enough time to do more exercises or I am cold and my mp3 player is out of commission and I am awaiting a new memory card for my tracfone so I can use it for an mp3 player.
