Oh yeah the Nutrition Tracker can be found by going up to the top of your screen and clicking on My Tools and then in the drop-down list click on My Nutrition.

I use the nutrition tracker here. I don't think of myself as being on any kind of plan.. I just try to stay within my calorie guidelines (and carbs/protein/fat). I don't buy special meals or anything like that, just eat normal foods--I'm finding I'm eating a lot of the same foods, I'm just avoiding snacking between meals and working on controlling portions. I buy regular groceries--the only exceptions would be reduced fat/light/low-fat versions of things (like shredded cheese, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, etc.) but those are usually widely available at grocery stores now which is nice. :)

so where do i get the nutrition tracker from? I dont think i can follow a strict diet, let alone afford one! its so expensive GRR

I try hard to eat whole grains and complex carbs rather than sugar and white flour, but I found the nutrition tracker REALLY helpful - takes most of the guesswork out of figuring out if I could have a treat or not or was on track or not.

I had a lot of success on Weight Watchers 4 years ago, so when I am motivated, I track my Points.
