Thanks for your reply !! She isn't scheduled but that is a good idea. I was also thinking when we go to walgreens or somewhere like that, she plays with all the health machines there. Maybe she will weigh herself then, I think I'll have to plan a trip to Walgreens today.
If she is approaching a birthday, schedule her a well-child checkup. They'll weigh her there :)

About a year ago, the doctor told me my daughter is overweight and I needed to change her habits. Since then, she eats healthier and is more active. The problem is, she looks the same to me. Seeing her all the time I know I might not notice the changes. I need to know her weight but not sure how to go about asking her to step on the scale. I don't want her to start thinking about her weight. She is turning 11 next month and is slowly becoming more sensitive about her looks than before.
