Looking forward to spring here, too! Snowstorm at the beginning of the week, then 60 degrees this weekend -- pure craziness.
How's everyone doing with eating & exercising? I've been keeping it under 1300 this week and exercising more than usual, and every day I stepped on the scale the weight went up and up. Now, some people would say to only weigh once a month, and measure yourself to see if you're losing inches, but I'm in it to LOSE weight and I'm a little frustrated. AAAhhh!
I was eating at the top of my range and not losing, so I switched last week to eating at the low range -- but apparently that does squat, also. I was so crabby at my husband this morning after I got off the scale I actually had to explain it wasn't him, it was me. No, it was the scale. But I will keep eating at the low end for another couple of weeks and see what happens, right? Right!
