I've been struggling with my eating for the past few months, and have unfortunately gained some pounds, and my eating habits are in the toilet...probably the worst they've ever been.
The worst part is, that I realized I'm dragging my kids into it....my daughter came grocery shopping with my yesterday (she's 5), and I let her buy Fruit loops, orea cakesters, chocolate chip cookies, HSM eggo waffles, and an oreo jello dessert thing. I bought myself chocolate chip shortbread, and diet coke. The only regular item from that garbage list is the diet coke, which I am hopelessly addicted to.
So this morning, as I watch my kids drink strawberry milk, and eat fruit loops (my son is 2), I realized that I am destroying their eating habits!! We also have cheerios, raspberries, blueberries, healthy juices, yogurt, and lots of other things that they could have had....I am going to change things, starting today!...I can't throw everything out, but I will get rid of at least half, and not replace it when it runs out....
how did I let this get this far????
