Glad to hear you are realizing you are not alone. Definitely an important thing to keep in mind!
As for exercising, I agree, do what you can, as you can. Whether it seems like a lot or a little, putting in the effort is always a LOT! As for the pool, I am assuming you have tried local rec clubs, the YMCA, and local gyms? A lot of places will give you discounts for limited access, if you don't want all the 'bells and whistles'.
Keep us updated on how you are feeling, and sending you lots of positive thoughts!
Just do what you can and when you have bad days then rest!
Thank you for the link, I really appreciate your thoughtfulness in sending it. I feel like that is something I can even when I feel like this.
You can try this SP chair cardio workout. You can alter it as needed and do less when you don't feel well and do more when you do feel well.

The last 3 days I haven't been able to work out due to the unrelenting fatigue that has gripped me again. I was doing so well, riding my bike(I have a trike and a 2 wheeler) riding 2x's a day. That is huge for me because 6 years ago I was rear ended and he broke my back in two places, and basically I was immobile for almost 4 years. I am getting stronger, but with the set back because of the pain and the fatigue I am also wanting to eat more. As you know weight complicates things because of the added stress on our joints.
I have Lupus, Rhenauld's, Sjogren's, Osteo- arthritis, osteoporosis, had heart surgery, kidney involvement, severed my achilles tendon, have perennial tendonitis, and fibro.
I don't want to give up, it's really slow going, but I want to make good choices every day and not eat my frustrations if you know what I mean.
My Dr says to get in a pool, but there isn't one readily available.
Do you have any idea's? Should I not feel guilty when I can't do anything-on days like these I really don't even do dishes because it's so fatiguing.
I would appreciate prayer if anyone is so inclined.
He is able, and I know that I am not alone.
