Some days, I can handle stomping, jumping, dancing. Most days, I need the gentle exercise! Also, my doctor recently told me not to use the treadmill anymore, even for walking. Too hard on my knees. :(
So, I've been enjoying yoga, and need to try classes at the gym. I just am so un-flexible it's still really hard! I also love the pool. I'll go and just swim or walk or whatever I feel up to. I'll use just my arms or just me legs, or hop or skip up and down, whatever I feel like. It's great on my joints! The elliptical at the gym is good, too, you don't have to lift your legs so no harm to the knees. Same with biking, and you can keep that pretty easy if it's a rough day.
