Body wash! I use the SoftSoap brand and try different scents all the time. I love it! Right now I am using the Raspberry/ Almond one. I think it's better for me since I apply it with a body sponge which gently exfoliates skin at the same time I stopped using bar soaps years ago.

For my body I use body wash. I think it is a little more hygenic because you body has all those different parts and you want to make sure you aren't cross contaminating. I also feel it helps me stay fresher, this is manly I think due to using a body scrub which scrubs away dead skin cells and I am less inclined to do such with a soap bar. I do use soap bars on my face sometimes. I really just think it's a personal preference when it comes to soap vs. body wash.
I agree with Erin, but only sometimes. Haha. After a particularly grueling workout or a day hike my pits tend to be pretty horrendous. HAHA! So those times I'll use Irish Spring in my armpits. Most of the time, since I don't do a lot of running around getting grimey, body wash is good. I'm just not a fan of soap scum. After 7 years in the military cleaning showers with a razor blade, I just cannot justify using bar soap unless ABSOLUTELY necessary!

I prefer body wash, because it is easier to use with a body brush. Also, I don't have to chase it around the tub! I ALWAYS seem to drop the bar of soap & have to try to catch it! Tag really isn't a fun game in the shower!
