You can try for SkinMedica TNS Illuminating Eye Cream which reduces bags under eyes. It improves the skin under the eyes by repairing damage and promoting healthy skin cell growth.

A dinner heavy with salty food or a night of crying while watching a tearjerker movie can also cause morning-after puffiness. The reason is osmosis. "Water always travels from areas in the body where there's low salt concentration to tissues where there's more salt. That principle holds true whether the salt comes from tears or from soy sauce.

I don't have full blown bags under my eyes yet, but I have sleep lines and puffs. I have been searching high and low for a good under eye treatment. I like Clinique All About Eyes but it doesn't really work that great any more. I tried Fresh Lotus Eye Gel which works slightly better but is a lot more expensive!

I get these, too. For me, it has alot to do with water retention. Less salt and more water help me a lot. Also, cardio exercise makes a HUGE difference. I think it's because the lymph system gets flushed, which in turn flushes all the tissues.

Being fat is hard. Being fit is hard. Your choice.

Me, too. That & Dr Oz are my "must watch" shows if I'm home.
I remembered that they also mentioned cold milk soaked cotton balls, I didn't really pay attention, because I don't buy cows milk....I wonder if Hemp milk would work, too?
Just a note: I heard on Dr Oz that glycerin is a wonderful moisterizer, I hate the way it feels alone, so I mixed it with grapeseed oil & use it at night(too oily for day use) when I use it consistantly, I really do see a reduction in fine lines! and it took just a few days. If that is too thick, add a little brewed green tea or face cream( I use hemp lotion..yes, hemp is my favorite thing!)

I heard mix a tiny bit of Preparation H with Moisturizer and it helps. I have not tried this! I always have the dark circles and puffy eyes anymore as I am getting older.

I read in my magazine the other day that if you rub moisturizer under your eyes, it will temporarily 'plump' the skin there, making bags less noticeable.

I also have this problem. I have always found that cucumber/tea bags/cold spoon has exacerbated the problem.

My favorite moisturizer is my Merlot Night Cream that I wear in the day because it does help my eyes to look refreshed! Also search "Tanaka face massage" on google. It is suppose to help take the fluid out from under the eyes. And hey, it's free!

I've heard that eyecreams with teamine work. I have never tried them.

Also, a good concealer I use is Serious Skin Care ProMinerals concealer. Although, since it is a powder it does make the lines come out a bit. But pretty much all makeup and concealer does that but it is FANTASTIC at covering dark circles.

Hope this helps!

I've heard cucumbers as well, but I usually like an eye mask in the morning while I'm getting ready. Cold compresses do the trick!

Tea bags, cucumbers, I've heard ice pack, but never tried it. I also have Garnier Skin renew anti-puff eye roller, that I love.
