I really appreciate that explanation -- it really syncs in with so many reasons why some projects get done and others don't -- it's how you look at it -- keeping on going on.
This helps tremendously.
"Each today, well-lived, makes yesterday a dream of happiness and each tomorrow a vision of hope. Look, therefore, to this one day, for it and it alone is life."
Great way to put it. I also think where I was and where I am and like the future better than the past when it comes to fitness.
I will get to the goal.

Thanks.......I have been plateauing for a number of weeks and ready to pack it in..........I won't give up!!
Thank You! I have been struggling today and I needed that. Just trying to get the momentum going again and be consistant.
Let's assume that you are building a house.
You plan it,
You work out how much you can afford
You source all of the materials
You lay the foundations
You build your house.
Would you 'not get around' to building the house if you were bored by how long it took to plan it?
I don't think so.
Would you stop building if you had a problem with the type of bricks you were using?
No. You'd go and source some more suitable ones.
I could go on, but I think you get the picture.
How badly do you really want to finish what you have started?
Just because you can't 'see' the finish - don't give up at the first challenge.
Look upon building your successful future as you would build a brand new home.
Never stop when you know that you CAN finish…as long as you
stick at it!
You cannot get what you’ve never had unless you’re willing to do what you’ve never done.
Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.
