Aim For A Life 'Remix'
by Gary Vurnum
Here you can learn a lesson from the music industry.
Have you noticed how practically every release these days has a remix?
When I was younger it was a big thing to have a remix of a record, but now even whole albums just of remixes climb up the charts.
There is a very good reason. Different versions of the same song appeal to different people - therefore more people are inclined to buy the record.
You hear the dance version in a club - you go buy the single, you hear the radio edit - you go buy the single.
The more you 'remix' your life, the more ways it's going to appeal to you.
In what ways could you 'remix' what you do every day?
Look for the upbeat 'dance' version of a task. See how fast you can finish it.
Go for the slow 'deep trance' mix - see how long you can focus on a single task without distractions.
You can apply this as effectively in your home life. You get bored of the same record after a while - so why not change it?
Just aim to do something completely differently…and you'll be surprised at how 'new' it can seem to you.
You cannot get what you’ve never had unless you’re willing to do what you’ve never done.
Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin. www.youneedanita.blogspot.com/
