Can someone out there help me out?
I sign on to Spark a few times a week. For a few years now. I go through phases where I really work the program, and then weeks where I blow it off.
I have not lost weight, but I do think I have made great progress with my stinking thinking and I do exercise regularly again.
Sometimes, when I do get on spark I stay for too long and it disrupts my work day.
Than I am reluctant to sign on again as my desk it too demanding.
Do any of you have some advice?
