You two are great. Very wise stuff coming out here. Its so wonderful how people learn things and how differently people recieve it. I have had these lessons but hearing them from you guys is different to how I learn't it. Thanks for sharing. Beautifully put.
I went bowling this morning and a lady was bowling next to me-very well I might add, and I'm not so bad myself. You know how competition can be and it seemed she was getting more fierceful with each throw. She never looked right at me until she threw a gutter ball. I smiled at her and said "Oh my, you know its ok-your doing so great!!" She finished her game and left me with encouraging words, "You keep up the good work yourself-I'll be seeing you on t.v. :)" I smiled again!
"How many times have we walked by someone on the street or in a hallway and instead of saying hello we pretend we don't see them? The truth is that all of us, deep down inside, have a need to be seen, acknowledged and appreciated. We are on a spiritual journey that can at times be very lonely. And one of the simplest and most effective ways to help our fellow traveler is to smile and say hello."~

" We are what we do... Not what we did. Now if we continue doing what we used to do, we can't be upset that we are still what we were, simply because we're still doing what we did!"~Damon Lofton
May as well, at least you will have a great start. I hope the get it over with, is the smile, and not the day. I like my days experiencing every waking moment no matter what. Wouldn't want any moment to go too quickly. I guess if you were having a bad one you would like to get it over but who wants those anyway. So I am smiling with ya baby.
