Its a process and it can either be very simple, simpler than you can imagine it to be, or it can be complicated if you resist because of your old programing. There are many ways to go about it but I am going to suggest one that I have seen work very well for a lot of people. It's called The Sedona Method. Just go into www.sedona.com I believe they have a free CD that they will send you, that is not their whole program but even that CD alone will make a huge difference, you may not need anything else. I hope it works for you.
You cannot get what you’ve never had unless you’re willing to do what you’ve never done.
Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.
Do you know the steps to make peace with our challenges to make the space for change. I would like a few tips please. This would be really helpful to know. Is it just meditation and prayer. Relaxation techniques. I know this is a strange question but I feel I really need to get a good grip of this. Insight would be helpful.
Focus on the Good Stuff - Power of Appreciation "Fighting against our struggles and challenges often fails to produce the change that we're looking for. Making peace with our imperfections and challenges will often create enough space to for us to either make the changes we need to make or simply be willing to let them go." - Mike Robbins
"If you are not busy being born, you are busy dying." --Bob Dylan "Obstacles are those things we see when we take our eyes off our goals." "If we don't like where we are, change it! We are not trees." "Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal. My strength lies solely in my tenacity." -- Louis Pasteur, Chemist and Microbiologist
