We do have to experience all things to be come whole, its how we manage getting through them that makes the difference positively or negatively. We all experience negetative situations. Everyone is experiencing what they are meant to otherwise it wouldn't happen. You choose how you move forward. I guess you can make things harder or easier by your action. We all have emotions and it is great to release them. We just don't or shouldn't get to caught up in them. Deal with it and move on. There is no specified time for moving on only when you choose. I think we all grapple with truth. I have found that by admitting to regrets, I can learn from them and then move forward. Admitting to it was a first step.... realizing how I felt about it was even bigger !
I do think that even failure is a very real thing. Falling short of a goal, or somehow not accomplishing what we set out to do. It's THEN how we perceive it, deal with it etc. that either keeps a person stuck and wallowing or moving forward and grateful for the experience to learn from. We can put out negative or positive energy, and thoughts concerning it.
