I am probably averaging around the top of my suggested calorie range - it is different every day. I am not losing weight each week, but I am either staying steady or losing each week. That is a big improvement over before I started Spark because before I was either staying steady or gaining!
Just curious ~
How many daily calories do you eat each day??
And are you losing weight consistently each week?
