Great article, and it sure showed up at the right time. I never thought of myself as an overly sensitive person, but have recently experienced it. It sure was stressful, and looking back a waste of time.
When everyone is wondering what people are thinking about them, they don't have time to consider the awful truth, that with everyone worrying about what the world thinks of them, no one has any time think about anyone else. When we meet that rare person who really is concerned about us, who really listens to us, who really cares about how we look, it is so refreshing that it stands out and we have found a potential friend.
Be a friend and notice someone. On the other hand, it is okay to be yourself, you don't have to worry about what most people may be thinking, because they're probably not thinking about you.
