1. Had a great sleep finally cought up have been deprived for a few days i feel so much better sane and normal. 2. Had an awsome workout last night. The fact that i have worked out 2 times at night instead of in am wich i never thought i could ever do. 3. Played ball with my dog he is obsessed. 4. Good healthy nuriting food and in calorie range. 5. Place i live.
1. Day off from work 2. Getting ready to go to gym. 3. Took time for myself this morning to do some reading instead of rushing out the door. 4. My 3 Dogs so cute and well behaved. 5. On track with calories.
1. I woke up! 2. Went to the gym at 4:45... 3. The pouring down rain we had this morning will mean wild flowers in a few weeks, and that my roses will bloom soon! 4. I had a nice email from a friend I hadn't heard from in a while, so we have a dinner date for next week 5. Even though two appointments were no-shows this a.m., two other parents showed up and I was able to help them!
