JoJo - I travel a few times a year with work, and understand!!! Just imagine much time on the treadmill, or whatever you do to burn off whatever is tempting you. Maybe that will help...
The other idea is to always have a bottle of water in your hand. If one hand is full (and not alcohol - thats empty calories!!!!) then you may be less inclined to indulge.
Also, I know its not "fun" but most ships have a fitness center. GO THERE FIRST, then you will carry a feeling of accomplishment throughout the day!
Enjoy the cruise, and allow yourself to indulge a little....
