You're welcome. I thought of a couple more- a wasp waist, peach bottom, washboard abs/tummy!

Mazzy:

How about "The perfect Hourglass figure" - imagine yourself with an hourglass for a body! or winning a "Miss Fitness" or other beauty contest, and/or wearing a big ribbon that says "20lbs slimmer" or whatever you want to lose.

I there a particular thing that would mean you'd really made it, apart from the number on the scale? How about "Perfect 10" or whatever the equivalent may be in US. Imagine yourself walking along a path that is numbered from your current size to you ideal size (could do this with weight too) and perhaps even have yourself step easily over or around obstacles that represent your "weaknesses" like a big cake or pizza that you push aside or step over to continue on your way towards your ideal size/weight.

I can't think of any other expressions at the moment that refer to someone who is in good shape, can you think of any American ones? I also did a post called "Ideal Scene visualisation" which might help as well.

You're welcome. Great! Since I started doing it I don't have more money coming in as yet but what I do have seems to go further emoticon

In this technique, you visualise a symbolic form of your goal, it can be a literal representation of a phrase or saying that refers to your goal, or a symbolic representation of what you are trying to achieve.

They can be as silly and fun as you like. The more exagerrated and the more fun you have with it the more the message will get through to your subconscious.

For example "Rolling in money" "piles of money" "Knee deep in money" "raking it in"- imagine yourself literally rolling around on a huge pile of banknotes, raking dollars or pound coins into your home from your garden, imagine a money tree in your a garden that has coins for berries, and banknotes for leaves. Imagine it's autumn and all this money is falling off the tree ready to harvest.

Feeling happy, lucky and content

"On top of the world" "walking on air" or surrounded by 4 leaf clovers or other symbol of luck.

Healthy "In the pink" imagine yourself in a pink bubble of health, glowing bright pink, in bright pink clothes... "Strong as an Ox" imagine you are in a strength contest with an ox and you are winning! Imagine your immune systems white blood cells as policemen or white knights protecting your health, or white pac man figures (pac man is from an old computer game, he is a circle with a face and he eats up the enemies in the game) or a white bunny or lots of white bunnies eating all the weeds that represent any toxins, infections, or health conditions. Imagine "recharging your batteries"- imagine you have a cover that opens up your belly and you can put in fresh batteries!

Please feel free to post your ideas for symbols or metaphors including favourite expressive phrases.
