I do not "reward" myself because I can never afford to these days....

I feel that following my goals is enough reward in itself.

You know that reading time reward may actually work for me! I love to read and can allow myself more reading time if I meet my daily goals!

I'm not big on rewards either! I do things like giving myself extra time to read if I do my exercises. Do what works for you!

Do you reward yourself for fitness and/or weight loss successes or goals achieved?

I'm not big on rewards. I tend to get what I want when I want it and don't attach any reward to it. I probably shyould try to wait to achieve a goal and then get what I want, but.... I've never found rewarding myself to be rewarding!
