I do not either, because I can never find the right food for my vegetarian diet. It takes too much time. But I do track in my daily diary for each day. Then I can go back and figure out what happened either for the good or for the bad.

I know I should, but I have never been able to figure out how the tracker works so, no, I don't track....

I have an appointment with my pump instructor and haven't kept up with my foods. Need to try to find them for continuous days on SP.

Do you track every day for all meals?
