One time my boss took the whole office out to dinner for Christmas, and the first course was Spinach Salad. Must say, I did not like it at all. It's ok if chopped very fine and put in a dish such as lasagna, but not if it's long and stringy. I'm such a fussy bird, and I know it!

I do not like cooked spinach in a can, but I could not t eat lettuce for awhile and one of my friends turned me on to fresh spinach, so that I could get the benefit of the greens. I find that fresh spinach is much tastier over cooked spinach any time. Much of my vegetables and fruits are fresh not canned or cooked. There is a lot more nutrients in them that way. Some thing like tomatoes are more nutritious than raw at times, I think, but I like them fresh on my salads, however, sometimes cooked in a sauce on my spaghetti squash is good, too.

Peas ---- BEEP -- wrong answer !

But really, I love canned green peas. They are so soft and squwishy, I can mash them with my tongue.

I also love cesare salad, and to a lesser degree, celery. I don't like green beans or spinache at all. I guess they are just too "HEALTHY" for me, lol

I believe spinach is my favorite green vegetable. I eat a lot of greens. Tjhery are the base of my green smoothies and all my salads. They make up at least half of every salad I eat.

What is your favorite green veggie?

This is hard.... I like alot of green veggies, but I guess home grown green beans rank the highest!
