I haven't tried soy products. They are a GMO product and are not good for you, along with corn and whole wheat. There are several others, too. Canola Oil is the same thing.

The yogurt I am talking about is made of coconut m ilk, I think. But will let you know when I get to go shopping next Wednesday. I get to go to the Sunflower Markets every other week and next week it the scheduled time to go.

If you just want the flavor several companies make a pina colada yogurt, fat free and sugar free, but it does have the sweeteners in it. plus, it is dairy. Have you ever tried soy yogurt? I like that Almond Breeze milk, wonder if they will ever make a non-dairy yogurt?

Not having seen it or tasted it, I am under the impression that it is just made of coconut milk. I may be wrong, but I don't think there is coconut in it just to flavor it.

I was just wondering if it would be like regular yoghurt with coconut flakes or flavouring added? I, too, hope it's not too expensive......

It will have to wait until I go shopping next week. I didn't get to go where the coconut yogurt was advertised. I hope it is something I can eat - doesn't have added stuff in it. I read a recipe for almond yogurt, but it didn't work for me. That coconut yogurt may be a bit expensive - hope not.. But I will let you know how it is.

Just the thought of eating raw fish...... Not for me.....

(I have very definate likes and dislikes in food. Also many other things supposedly "good" for me, well if it smells funny (like yoghurt) I can't get the spoon past my nose....

No, I do not eat sushi and can't around the fact that it is raw. I donot eat any fish now, so it is not an option.

No! I did try it once, but don't like it at all!
