I use the strength training under fitness program I change it around each day

I've probably asked this one before.... Do you do strength training on a regular basis and if so, what do you do?

I like to attend a "weights in motion" class twice a week where we use light dumbbells and body weight to strength train, but haven't been attending regularly. I hope to get back on schedule tomorrow!
