Please note that we're only tracking how many 'times' you use the bar, not the minutes. Whether you use the bar for 10 min or an hour, each time you use it counts as 1 time. If you use the bar in the morning, then again at night, that counts as 2 times. If you're just starting out or getting back into a routine after a temporary setback, you'll probably do shorter workouts. As you build up endurance, you'll be able to do longer workouts on the bar. Remember, every little bit adds up over time. Now, set a goal for yourself & track it on the Team Goals (below the Team Forums).
