I think Tonique is different than barre workouts. It sorta reminds me of Slim Series, but on steroids! Really intense workout. I've been thinking of purchasing her mat workout, but I don't know if I'll like the instructor. The other two workouts look extremely tough and all those plyos will make my knees hurt.

If you get the workouts let us know how you like them.

If anyone is interested in a iballet workout here is a code so you can get one workout for free: GRACE2008
I would suggest Iballet 18, 32. Those are hard ones! For stretching iballet stretch 9 is also really good, but it's only 15 min.

Yay! You go girl! I could never do a video that was harder than Fluidity Advanced. I'm stuck at Intermediate because I haven't been consistant enough. I hope to improve by November. I am planning on doing my bar around 9 pm. Is that too late for you?

Maybe we should do what we used to do. Try to do our Fluidity workouts on the same day. That motivated us!

I really like the P57 workouts. Have you seen the preview to their workouts at their website. I did their long workout yesterday and it was a killer. Harder than Fluidity Advanced! The instructor is really good and motivational so even though you are in pain the time just flies by. As for the new Fluidity workout it's coming this Friday. I'm checking the UPS tracking on it constantly. I can't wait to get it!

I liked it. It does feel like you are using a reformer so it does bring a lot more resistance than you would get using a band. It's just that it's bigger than Fluidity and kind of a hassle taking out right now to work out in it. I'm able to leave out my Fluidity bar out, but not two big things.

You know the Supreme Pilates I don't use. I actually just took it out a couple of weeks ago and I'm thinking I'll probably use it after I have the baby. I can't sell it thanks to my cats scratching the mat. emoticon I'm also always using the Fluidity bar so I'll have to see when I'm ready to workout again how I can add it to my routine.

Well those are my workouts that use the bar only that's not counting the ones that don't use a bar! emoticon I get a little carried away sometimes ordering workouts. I think about the only time that Marvin felt like wringing my neck was when the BIG Fluidity package was delivered and then a month later I got the Supreme Pilates machine. He knows that I use all my workouts so he doesn't complain much. Of course yesterday when I got my P57 workouts he came home a little early and I had to hide them! I didn't want him to see 3 new workouts.

Patty- Iballet are MP3 workouts. Graze Lazeby the instructor is really good at describing the moves and they are hard. Iballet 32 feels a lot like a hard Callanetics workout. Here is the link: www.itrain.com/

*Also forgot to add that she came out with DVD workouts called All The Right Moves which also use a ballet barre.
