Okay, this is a tall order, but I know if there is a good place to turn for this information, it's the ladies on this board!
I am scheduled to do the last weigh-in for the 12-week challenge with my gym in 3 1/2 weeks (Monday, the 28th of March). The following Sunday, 6 days later, I have a fitness photo session. I was working with a nutritionist but with just 5 weeks to go he exited the scene. I am just now getting over the shock and starting to take stock of what I need to do. There is not time to work with someone else so I would really appreciate input on several things if anyone can help me:
1. Do I carb deplete so that my weigh-in is as low as possible? Will that make my scale/measurement numbers go down, or will it make a difference? I can't remember from when I did a cutting diet last year. I will also have photos taken on this date, but I don't think the photos will matter as much as the numbers.
2. How do I eat during the week after that to look the best for my photos? When I re-loaded carbs after depletion at the end of the cutting diet it took 3 days. Since I have almost a week between the final day of my 12-week transformation and when the pictures will be taken I am a little concerned about how to proceed.
3. I'm not sure what to do about tanning for pictures. I don't think I need to be as dark as I would be for a competition, but not sure if I my regular tanning cream will be adequate for the photos. I want them to look good, but I don't want to looked like I have been in the oven for too long.
Thanks for any tips and advice you can give!
