Thanks. I thought the quad one was really good. Wish they would have commented on his knees. I don't have knee problems but know alot of people who do. Just would have been nice to know. Obviously, he has good knees.

Just an FYI, Gaspari website puts out a workout video and other various info weekly I think, that has really good information. This past week is a video on building quads... of course Alvisi is their new pro stud..
