Way to go! If you keep your goals ahead of you, it makes it more doable. I like to pin them on my fridge so every time I open that fridge I know that I need to think about what I am going to do with the food I'm pulling out, and just what food I'll be eating... lol

Goals for this week,

Time for myself every morning - that means setting my alarm for half an hour before the rest of the family gets up.
Eating 6 servings of veges daily - I have let this slip
10 cups of water,
2 lb weight loss
and finally, no white food - white bread, white rice, white pasta, white sugar....etc

Keep up the good work!!!

Monday

So today I reset my goals and put in my starting weight and measurements. For some reason, it wouldn't let me put my goal date as my birthday (in september) it kept changing it to May 28 so I just adjusted my goal weight by that date to be a little less, and went with it. I might write a note on some help board to see if i can change it, and how.

I still need to edit my sig to reflect my new goals.

I also tracked my food and exercise today!! yay!! Day one down. Only a gazillion to go =)

Yes, pick three goals you want to accomplish each week. For me this week will be tracking my food and exercise. I have been successful now in establishing an exercise routine, but I want to track it and food! When I know I am counting calories, I tend to eat a lot less of them!

Goals,
1. Track calories every day - I have another site I use for this
2. Track exercise on Spark people daily
3. Loose 2 lbs this week!

Starting weight 181 lbs

This is a great idea to have some sort of New Year weekly challenge. So what do we do? Are we supposed to pick 3 goals for the week to work on? If not, I'll change my post. If so, here are the things I'll be working on this week:

1. (re)set up spark people with my new goals/weight/measurements
2. track food
3. track exercise

First day Monday - Not the best with the sweets - ate too many and felt yucky afterwards,
Water - did much better, drank 8 cups
Exercise - 58 minutes of step aerobics and boy was I tired!!!

Tuesday,
Sweets - only a few bites of apple crisp
water 10 cups
Exercise 46 minutes - had guests coming over for dinner so not as much time as I would like for the exercise.

Hey all,

Here is a place you can post your challenge ideas and keep each-other accountable. I love to do these challenges as they make me think and plan ahead for eating and exercise.

Some areas in my life I need to work on.
1. Eating sweets
2. Consistent Exercise
3. Water consumption.

So these will be my first three challenge points for this week. I will log in every few days to let you know how I am doing.
