Way to go! If you keep your goals ahead of you, it makes it more doable. I like to pin them on my fridge so every time I open that fridge I know that I need to think about what I am going to do with the food I'm pulling out, and just what food I'll be eating... lol
Goals for this week,
Time for myself every morning - that means setting my alarm for half an hour before the rest of the family gets up.
Eating 6 servings of veges daily - I have let this slip
10 cups of water,
2 lb weight loss
and finally, no white food - white bread, white rice, white pasta, white sugar....etc
