Well I've been crazy busy for the past few days - haven't had the chance to count calories and I know I've been over a bit, but I'm holding steady at my current weight. Now I am finally getting a bit of a break and will give today's stats.

Calories - 1405
Water 10 cups
Exercise - 55 min circuit training
journal - yes

OK, so I thought for this month I would make a change in my last challenge point. I think I am getting better at reaching my sleep requirements. So my challenge will be to write in a journal once a day. It helps me relieve stress and gets my thoughts out on paper.

Been a bit busy, but kept track of calories, most of the time.

Thursday Aug 25th ended up only getting in 660 calories after a juice fast it is hard to eat.
Walked for 2 hours with the kids in the park,
slept 8 hours and drank 12 cups of water

Friday 1390 calories
12 cups H20
7 hours sleep,
40 min of cardio step.

Saturday
1250 calories
14 cups water
8.5 hours sleep
46 min strength training

Sunday - didn't count calories
8 cups of water
Rest day
and 8 hours of sleep.

Today
1300 calories
14 cups of water
7 hours of sleep
46 minutes circuit training

This concludes my month challenge
I lost 13 lbs in this challenge and want to continue it on for next month - anyone game!

Me too! The sweet tooth is what gets me.

OK so I'm finishing up the last of my juice fast.

Monday - Wed.

Calories averaged 500/ day - hard to get more than that on vege and fruit juices.
H20 - 12 cups a day
Exercise - none - too few calories.
Sleep - over 8 hours a night!

Well I've lost 5 lbs in the last three days - feel amazing! Full of energy and really clear headed. Tomorrow I start back on soups and progress to eating clean, full grain, no sugar foods the following day. I got into one of my skinny size 12 pants today and hope to be in a size 10 by Christmas!!!!

Friday was terrible! Peanut butter rolls for the lady that was leaving the office then someone brought in an ice cream cake!

I have a terrible sweet tooth!

So I'm back and ready to keep track!
Tuesday
Calories - 1000 (yikes, I didn't realize it was that little!)

Exercise - had class...

OK Here goes for Sunday,

Calories - 1500
H2O - 8 cups - that was hard to get in as I was at church all morning and had to drink almost all my water after I got back at 2pm....
Exercise - Its my rest day
Sleep 8 hours + a 2 hour nap - must of needed that!

For the next three days I am doing a colon/liver cleansing fast. So my calories will be way under as I am basically on a fresh juiced vege and fruit diet for this time. Did you know that you can carry from 5 - 15 pounds of sludge in your intestines - food that has been there for more than a year?! Uck! Detoxing your liver and colon can help with chronic fatigue, skin problems, joint aches, you name it...

Will let you know how it goes...:)

I really blew it on Friday. Why do I even have to take a taste!!!! Ugh! I made homemade enchiladas and I know they are dangerously delicious. ONce I took a taste I had to eat a whole one worth 500+ calories....sigh...

Calories 1800

Exercise - 70 min of step aerobics
Sleep 6 hours

Saturday
Calories 1300 much better!
H2O 10 cups - out a lot today
Exercise 60 min abs and aerobics
Sleep - 8 hours!!

Ha ha! I love your breakfast. Here in Russia you are lucky if you can even find a shop selling donuts - they haven't become popular here.

I am so excited to see the transformation happening in my body and only 3 weeks have gone by. I think I will keep this challenge going for the next few months - it helps me loads to be accountable to someone else.

Sometimes those days happen - no way you can get out of that.

OK well yesterday I think my body rebelled and said "FEED ME!" I realize I am doing over an hour of exercise a day and my calorie deficit is pretty big. So I gave in and ate a big bowl of Muesli and skim milk. I am happy that I ate a healthy snack but I did go over my calories.

Calories 1650,
H2O - 12 cups
Sleep - 5.5 hours - I had house guests that I needed to wake up at 4:30am for an early morning flight.

1278 calories! 8 glasses of water. P90x Core Synergistics (minus the bonus exercises). I only had to take the dogs outside twice so I probably got 7 hours of sleep! Good luck to you all!

I so hear, you, although I was doing the opposite, way under eating. Now I am paying for it by having huge hunger urges.

So Today is the third week in the challenge, time to add another challenge point - I think 8 hours sleep would be a good one for me, I haven't been able to get enough sleep lately. Maybe we should make this a personal point - whatever you want.

60 min step exercises
Monday
1400 calories - 10 cups of H2O
50 min of jogging in park
6 hours of sleep - sick child vomiting through the night.

I suck at keeping track over the weekend... And I over ate this weekend... Birthday party at pizza hut, anniversary party at the legion... and I super slacked off with the P90X.


I do have the dvds and I have been doing it one or 2 times a week. You've been motivating me to do more! I'm telling myself to think skinny!

Are you doing P90X?! I have the videos, but I'm scared to death to start them... they are so hard!!! OK I should just buckle down and do it! It is a three month commitment if I remember right.

OK it is midnight here. My husband and I have been gone on a two day conference. I wrote down everything I have eaten over the past few days but still need to get it calculated. Will log on later today when I get a good nights sleep. I think I way under ate - I was so scared of eating over I barely made it to a thousand calories each day, if that. OOPS. This morning is weigh in day, so I should be able to see how much I lost this week, if any once I get up...

Ok Ladies and Gents - Here is our first progressive challenge.

We will start out simple, counting calories and water and every week we will add on one more thing to do exercise, sit ups, sleep time etc... your choice. By the end of the first month, see what a change this will make in both your weight loss and the way you feel!
