Thanks everyone! I just changed my pic to a 40! Woo hoo! I'm going to lose 35 more and then evaluate whether that's where I should be or not when I get there.

I'm doing 30 minutes of cardio a day-- no matter what, no excuses. I've also cut out all soda (even though I was only drinking diet), and everything white except milk, cauliflower, and fish. No white-fleshed potatoes, even. (I do occasionally have sweet potatoes or yams.) I'm eating about 1200 calories a day.
