I was hoping to lose 2.5kg this month. I weighed in at the start of the month at 67.5kg, so my target is 65kg. I have a packed schedule, with classes and a LOT of assignments, so if I average 20 miles a week, I'm happy.
I have another goal, which is to get back to my old habit of waking up at 6, regardless of what day of the week it is.

My October goals: Continue tracking my "other goals" Walk at least 15 miles total per week. Lose at least 5 lbs by the end of the month.
