I'm happy to say that I am at my goal weight and have been able to maintain this now for nearly two years.
I started by changing my eating habits and running. I found that I really enjoy running. I starting running constantly in March of 2010 and have since run three half marathons. I'm planning on running my first full marathon in October of this year.
It's great to share stories and words of encouragement with other SparkFiends.

I have lost some weight, although I still haven't reached my final goal weight.
My food intake is better quality. I have started cooking a wider variety of foods and more whole/fresh foods.
Exercise on a regular basis is an ongoing challenge, and will be. But I do some. I even do a little jogging. 4 years ago I would have told you that I never jog or run.
I have set a few challenges for myself over the years and even met them. There will be more to come.
I have met up with a couple of area Sparkers for walks. That was quite nice. Even better, I have introduced people to Spark and they have joined, and then come to me to say how much they appreciated the referral!
