Okay, so I went through and reviewed everything about the Fast Break phases...wow, a lot of really good information!!
First off, for those of you worried about not being able to be a part of this group...that has nothing to do with the phase that you're in. We all started this "journey" the week of September 16-22, 2007, so that is our "SP Class". I'm happy to say that we're stuck with each other.
Second, you can switch phases any time that you want and you can even go back to a previous phase. I basically clicked on all the different phases so I could read all the info on all of them then put myself in phase 2.
For those of you that are wondering, here's a little info on Phase 2:
This Stage has three main purposes:
1) Accelerate your weight loss. Anywhere from 1-2
pounds per week should be considered good,
2) Build a collection of good habits that will stick
for the long haul. Following these habits and
meeting your calorie goals will get you to your
3) Make gradual changes to your everyday life to
move closer to a healthy lifestyle.
The healthy habits that are covered in Phase 2 are:
1) Control Portions
2) Eat The Right Stuff
3) Exercise Consistently
4) Drink Water
5) Eat On Purpose
6) Find Unexpected Opportunities
No matter what phase everyone decides to do, I look forward to continuing toward our goals together!
