It is very important to keep drinking. Yes you have to pee a lot, but as all the others have said it will subside, but think about this...
Every one of our cells is made up of 80% water. This cell spends all day working, creating energy, and also waste products. If you are not feeding your body regular water, the cells can't flush the waste out, so it retains the old muddy water until you drink a little. When you finally do drink some, every cell wants to clear everything out ASAP because it has been holding on to the toxic stuff for so long.
If you drink water regularly, the cells will have a chance to flush normally and then there won't be such a mad rush to flush everything. Above all the benefits far outweigh the temporary increase in bathroom breaks. So pee and be free :)
CANLOSE81 - Hold on to that feeling, its just as important as the scale reading - if not more important. Water is the best thing for skin (clearing and anti-aging), its good for lubricating the joints as well as mental clarity and it keeps you regular!
So after read this take a drink ;)
